She listened to what I had in mind, showed me some ideas too and then went above and beyond what I could have expected. Another pleasant, relaxed experience. It was nice to have my hair in such capable, competent hands again, and I am very very happy with the result. Heath really knows his stuff. I won't say the 2.5 hours flew by or any cliché like that, but he made me as comfortable as possible. Much appreciated.
